The new logo takes the form of ancient Colombian tribal ornaments and a coffee mug while creating a grill mark and steam. The logo and identity will be changed in this transition as the new identity will be inspired by some of the ancient civilizations of Colombia from the Muisca tribe to the City of Lost Gold and Eldorado. Experiential graphics will create an enriched environment for new patrons.  The identity will be expressed through colors that are influenced by the Colombian flag and vibrant city of Guatape. Colombian ancient history inspires the different icons used to make branding elements as they will bring to life the new face of Plaza Colombia Coffee Bar +Grill  in its tribute to its ancestry.
